Radio Goethe
Radio Goethe was founded by Arndt Peltner in 1996 after he moved from Germany to San Francisco. It features the diverse, lively and innovative music scenes from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The show is not formatted and wide open to all different kinds of genres. You will hear Krautrock legends next to today’s songwriters, 80s Industrial pioneers next to Swiss Alphorns, Electronic music projects next to World Music produced by immigrants to Germany, and so on. Spin the world and enjoy the sounds from the German speaking countries. The show is hosted in English.
