Yannick Phillips is the Legislative Outreach Coordinator for the California Grange. A proponent of healthy access to raw milk, she helped create a working group with ranchers and other stakeholders across California to try and design a new set of rules for small-scale dairies and herd-share groups working closely with state regulators to negotiate new guidelines.
