Wednesday, October 26 – Two Local Projects Get Hearings posted Oct 26 at 6AM
Inverness Ridge Residential Additions and Nicasio Cell Phone Tower Up for Deputy Zoning Administrator Hearings Tomorrow While the Scarpulla additions in Inverness are not controversial, the Nicasio Design Review Board has taken exception to the AT&T proposal to erect a 55 foot cell phone antenna, disguised as a pine tree, on the Bonty Ranch near the corner of Lucas Valley Road and Nicasio Valley Road.
