In Downtown Inverness at the Site of the Former Priscilla's Pizza, Saltwater Oyster Depot Officially Opens its Doors with Pizza, Lunches and Dinners - and Oysters. Proprietor Luc Chamberland tells George Clyde about the new menu of food and beverages that Saltwater offers, and how he is raising capital through "crowdfunding" on the internet.
