Point Reyes Station's Biggest Eyesore, the Two-Story Brick Grandi Building, May Have Its Makeover Commence this Fall. Property manager Marshall Livingston is helping owner Kenneth Wilson renew permits to restore the exterior to its earlier grandeur, hopefully starting the one-year project in October. This will be the first step to revitalize the nearly 100-year-old vacant building as a hotel and restaurant. George Clyde reports.
