News - Wednesday, June 13 – New Septic Regulations to Be Finalized posted Jun 13 at 5AM
Next Week the State Water Resources Control Board Will Finalize the AB-885 Septic System Policy, with Many Implications for West Marin. George Clyde speaks with Norman Hantzsche of Questa Engineering regarding the new regulations, which particularly affect properties close to Tomales Bay, Lagunitas Creek and the beaches at Bolinas and Muir Beach, and gets some advice about what to do before the regulations are effective next year.
