New Complaint to Interior Department's Inspector General Says Park Has 2009-2010 Sound Recordings That Contradict Draft Environmental Impact Report Regarding Noise Levels from Drakes Bay Oyster Company Boats. Dr. Corey Goodman filed the new complaint with appendices Tuesday saying that concealing this data and misleading reviewers with noise information from other sources may constitute fraud. Tomorrow we report a second Inspector General filing this month - by Amy Trainer of EAC. George Clyde reports.
