Thursday, April 5 – “Mainstreet Moms” Receives McGlashan Award posted Apr 5 at 5AM
Marin Energy Authority Bestows the Charles F. McGlashan Advocacy Award on Mainstreet Moms, Recognizing Their Long-Time Campaign to Bring Clean Energy to West Marin. And a successful result for their efforts begins this week, as the Energy Authority sends a formal notice to local residents that in July they will be powered by Marin Green Energy, and not PG&E's electricity, unless they opt-out of the program. Gail Graham of Mainstreet Moms explains all, including the option to sign up for Deep Green for 100% renewable energy now. George Clyde reports.
