Scientific Misconduct Complaint Charges That Authors of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Drakes Estero Intentionally Misled Public and Peer Reviewer with Table Showing High Noise from Oyster Operations. In a letter to Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, Dr. Corey Goodman says DEIS improperly presented east coast noise data as if it were local, misleading public and peer reviewer Dr. Christopher Clark.
