Marine Mammal Commission Publishes a Review of the Park's Scientific Evidence That Mariculture Operations in Drakes Estero Disturb Harbor Seals Dr. Tim Ragen tells George Clyde about the Commission's Report and its conclusions: that although there is a correlation between the oyster operations and seal disturbances, a cause and effect relationship has not been shown.
