After 15 Years of Licensed Operation, Feds Are Attacking West Marin's Nearest Dispensary for Medical Marijuana George Clyde interviews founder Lynnette Shaw of the Marin Alliance for Medical Marijuana about the latest threats from the IRS and Federal prosecutors to her operation. All marijuana will need to be removed from the Fairfax premises by November 21 if a hearing tomorrow or other legal actions fail.
